True Hemp Science (THS) does not sell or distribute any products that are in violation of the United States Controlled Substances Act (USA CDA). The company does sell, and distribute hemp-based products.
THS provides nutritional food products meant to supplement a healthy diet. Â All our extracts, oils and pastes are sold as in food products and ingredient for food and/or supplements.Â
THS does not recommend how to use its products and urges purchasers to consult with qualified professionals with knowledge relevant to their proposed use.
The purchaser is hereby informed THS products, when properly and responsibly taken in suitable measures, are safe and healthy for human or animal consumption.
THS products may contain trace quantities of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), which, taken separately from whole-plant industrial hemp products, is a psychoactive substance and listed as Schedule I under the U.S. Controlled Substances Act.Â
Because each industrial hemp plant from which THS produces its products is produced has its own unique composition, the exact amount of THC and all other naturally occurring elements of the hemp plant will vary in each THS product. Nonetheless, the THC concentration in THS products shall be, in all cases, less than the U.S. legal limit of 0.3% of the total weight of THS product.Â
The amount of THC in a given batch ship is tested by THS and certified by 3rd party labs. Â
THC, even if a trace ingredient in THS products does, when taken in large doses, cause a psychoactive effect, including when our products are consumed in excessive quantities. Thus, THS products should not be offered to any person, or fed to any animal, as an ingredient in a food, supplement or medicine without a dosage recommendation from a qualified health professional who has specific expertise in cannabinoids.Â
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to thoroughly review the lad test result, and other materials provided by THS.
