Apartment Deliveries

Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility typically transfers to the recipient.

If your package cannot be located:

  1. Check with neighbors or your apartment office

  2. Contact the carrier directly

  3. File a claim with USPS or UPS if necessary

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will:

  • File a carrier claim, and

  • Replace the damaged product once the claim process begins.

Please keep all packaging materials and take photos of the damaged package to assist with the claim.

Signature Requirements

True Hemp Science does not require a signature for delivery unless required by the carrier.
