All True Hemp Science products are derived from legally grown industrial hemp and comply with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill).

Under federal law, hemp products must contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis.

All True Hemp Science products fall within this legal limit.

The 2018 Farm Bill federally legalized hemp and hemp-derived products containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC.
